Description

This is a global supply and service contract covering the following services:

1) rental of a fleet of multifunctional systems and professional printers;
2) the implementation of a solution for sending and receiving faxes via a Cloud service;
3) the implementation of a governance solution allowing statistical monitoring, accounting, printing security and advanced scanning;
4) the implementation of a printing policy aimed at optimizing the use of peripherals;
5) maintenance of printing systems and software support;
6) deployment, integration, change management, transfer of skills to internal teams;
7) deployment of a printing fleet administration solution;
8. automated supply of meter readings and consumables.
