Description
The purpose of this framework agreement is to maintain the existing fleet of multifunctional photocopiers of the City of Pavillons-Sous-Bois and the Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS) des Pavillons-Sous-Bois. The contractor will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of the existing fleet of KONICA Minolta monochrome and color multifunctional photocopiers.This framework agreement is part of a grouping of orders, established by deliberation no. 2015.00092 of June 29, 2015, between the City and the CCAS, whose coordinator is the City. The single-award framework agreement has been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the French Code de la commande publique (Public Order Code). It will be processed using unit prices and has been concluded with no minimum amount and a maximum annual amount of 30,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT).
under the present framework agreement, the contractor will provide maintenance services for the existing fleet of konica minolta monochrome and color multifunction photocopiers used by the city and the CCAS. It will also be responsible for supplying a remote maintenance, self-diagnosis and consumables management system, enabling automatic replenishment and automatic remote meter reading. In particular, it will be responsible for: -preventive and corrective maintenance of these devices,-the supply of all consumables, with the exception of paper, required for their proper operation,-the service provider will provide the purchaser with a secure extranet web portal with log-in details, enabling management of the local authority's fleet of printing systems in accordance with article 7.1.4 of the Ccp,-Automatic feedback of counters for each machine,-Sending cartridges/toner as soon as the remaining 20% is reached, in order to have an efficient and uninterrupted rotation of printing consumables,-Replacement of defective parts by certified technicians,-Training of users and IT assistants.the services will be paid for by the application of unit prices as shown :-in the general spare parts catalogue/price list, updated annually if available to the contractor, to which the discount rate indicated in the BPU is applied for supplies falling within the scope of the framework agreement but not included in the BPU, or, where applicable, on the basis of invoices for equipment paid out by the contractor, increased by a sales coefficient indicated in the BPU.
