TWU Division of University Advancement and Alumni Engagement is requesting a Phonathon service provider to work with the Division to deliver a comprehensive successful annual giving program through the incorporation of a proven Phonathon program. The plan must define the best organizational structure and operational and tactical approaches, resulting in a cost effective delivery with maximum results. The plan will need to identify TWU’s key brand equity elements and determine how the Division can effectively and efficiently leverage those elements to increase donations among alumni and other constituent groups through a Phonathon program. The Division will consider both off-campus and on-campus call center models. The provider will demonstrate how they will:A. Be an active partner in achieving the Division’s fundraising and alumni engagement goals.B. Achieve an increase in participation and total unique donors.C. Increase overall annual fund dollars.D. Cultivate a strong annual giving culture.E. Achieve at or above industry standard Phonathon pledge fulfillment by securing gifts via credit card.F. Offer optional services available that would enhance the performance of the Phonathon or other fundraising efforts when combined with a Phonathon program.G. Provide detailed reporting and analysis on a regular basis during the program and upon its annual completion.The provider must submit a detailed plan of how they will meet the requirements of this RFP. The provider must describe its understanding of the project as outlined in this Scope of Work and a plan for accomplishing these tasks.
