Description

The subject matter of the contract is the successive supply of medicines admitted to marketing in the territory of the Republic of Poland, with current Registration Certificates, in the quantity and range as specified in the Price Form of this specification (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), with a shelf life of not less than 6 months, counting from the date of delivery to the Purchaser. These standards have been established for each drug during its registration and are the same within the chemical substances included in their composition. The drugs do not require any distinguishing features within the individual substances for their use. In addition, each drug traded in Poland must be registered with the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products.
