THIS SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT IS A MARKET SURVEY FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATIONS (8[a], HUBZONE, SMALL BUSINESS, LARGE BUSINESS, ETC.) PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST.

The Government is seeking, to identify sources that are capable of providing a Phantom AZL Lights and Transmitter kit that is portable and has the ability to be used on mutable surface and in austere environment. The kit shall enable signaling from the ground to air and allow those on the ground visibility of aircraft.
This requirement is "brand name only".
The system/item shall meet the following specifications:
• Phantom AZL-15 Kit; Part Number: PK9001-AZL25 (QTY 4)
o Contains 25 Phantom AZL-15 lights; Part Number P2603-A (QTY 25)
o Transmitter; P/N: P2606-T (QTY 1)
o Portable Case; P/N: PCASE-AZL24 (QTY 1)
o Ground stakes; P/N P2603-GS
o 02/12 (LV)
• Antenna, 9 inch for AZL-15 Light or Transmitter; P/N AZL-AC-P2606-A
o 10/16 (LV)
