Description
The Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula is seeking the services of a multi-disciplinary engineering consultant firm to complete detailed, non-destructive building condition assessment of the Lion’s Head Community Centre and Arena. This will include a comprehensive building condition assessment and a componentized capital renewal analysis, detailing the physical condition, life expectancy, and replacement costs of the facility. The intent of this RFP and the project is to select a consultant to provide the services of completing Building Condition Assessments, and assigning Facility Condition Index values, and preparation of a report, for the specified property located at 6 Tackabury St., Lion’s Head, ON under the ownership of the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula.
