Description
This solicitation’s purpose is for a statewide contract ensuring the continuity of services of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality's (TCEQ) Petroleum Storage Tank Emergency Response and Supplemental Site Activities program. The TCEQ Remediation Division will order emergency response services to rapid identify, assess, control, and abate hazards resulting from petroleum substances at confirmed or suspected Leaking Petroleum Storage Tank sites. The term of this contract is expected to be from September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025. TCEQ plans to renew this contract for three (3) one-year renewal periods. TCEQ may exercise a fourth one-year Unilateral Contract Amendment.
