The subject of the order is the supply (purchase) of electricity within the meaning of the Act of April 10, 1997. - Energy Law for the needs of the County Office in Bełchatów and the County Organizational Units, referred to as Recipients, to individual electricity consumption points described in detail in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 .
The subject of the order is the supply (purchase) of electricity within the meaning of the Act of April 10, 1997. - Energy Law for the needs of the Bełchatów District Starost Office and District Organizational Units, referred to as Recipients, to individual electricity consumption points described in detail in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 .The Ordering Party, Bełchatów District, in this proceeding acts on its own behalf and on behalf and on behalf of the Organizational Units. The Ordering Party is responsible for the settlement of value added tax on behalf of itself and organizational units. The Contractor will be obliged to issue separate invoices stating the VAT ID of the entity responsible for the settlement of value added tax for the individual Recipients listed below and deliver the issued invoices to their registered offices: 1. County Starost Office in Bełchatów, 17/19 Pabianicka Street, 97-400 Bełchatów; 2. Youth Sociotherapy Center in Łękawa, Łękawa 9, 97-400 Bełchatów; 3. Social Welfare Home, 2 Henryka Dąbrowskiego St., 97-400 Belchatow; 4. Secondary School Complex No. 1, 96 Czapliniecka St., 97-400 Belchatow; 5. District Labor Office, 3 Bawełniana St., 97-400 Belchatow; 6. First High School, 6 1 Maja St., 97-400 Belchatow; 7. Vocational Training Center, 96 Czapliniecka St., 97-400 Belchatow. Czapliniecka 96, 97-400 Belchatow; 8. District Road Administration in Belchatow, 67A Lipowa St., 97-400 Belchatow; 9. Secondary School Complex No. 2, 98 Czapliniecka St., 97-400 Belchatow; 10. District Sports Center, 96 Czapliniecka St., 97-400 Belchatow; 11. Jan Kochanowski Secondary School, 72 Czapliniecka St., 97-400 Belchatow; 12.
