Description

RSAG carries out municipal waste collection in the entire area of the Rhein-Sieg district. Diesel fuel must be procured on a recurring basis for the vehicles to be used for this purpose. The total requirement is estimated at approx. 1,600,000 liters of fuel per year. The aim is to procure the fuel in a sustainably economical manner and to conclude framework agreements with up to 10 economic operators. The term of the framework agreements is four years (from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2026).So-called "open" multiple framework agreements will be put out to tender. In this case, the customer concludes a framework agreement with several companies in which not all terms and conditions (in this case, in particular price, time of delivery, place of delivery and quantity) are initially specified. Price, time, place of delivery and quantity are only specified in a further step by the individual orders based on the framework agreement according to the respective requirements. The path to the framework agreement is divided into two phases:In the first phase, the economic operators with whom the framework agreements are initially concluded are determined on the basis of the applications submitted. In the second phase, the individual services are procured on the basis of the framework agreement, with the individual contracts being awarded exclusively among the economic operators selected in the first phase.
