The subject matter of the contract is: 1.1.1. supply of electricity to the facilities listed in Appendix No. 3 - detailed description of the subject matter of the contract with the demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022 in the amount of 8 974 007.7 kWh (basic order) 10 768 809.24 kWh (with the option right +20%),1.1.2. performance of activities resulting from the power of attorney, constituting an annex to the draft agreement.Number of ppe 621 and the estimated amount of kWh within the tariff groups of 8 974 007.7.1.2. The detailed scope of the contract has been defined in Appendix No. 3, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716) The other terms and conditions for the execution of the order are set out in the draft electricity sales agreement - Attachment No. 8. Attachment No. 3 informatively indicates parameters (tariff group) that may differ from those currently in force or may be subject to change during the term of the electricity supply agreement.

The detailed scope of the contract has been defined in Appendix No. 3, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. - The other terms and conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the draft electricity sales agreement - Appendix 8. Appendix 3 informatively indicates the parameters (tariff group) that may differ from those currently in effect or may be subject to change during the term of the electricity supply agreement. 1.3 Electricity shall be supplied in compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Energy Law Act of April 10, 1997 and in accordance with the applicable editions of the Energy Law Act. - Energy Law and in compliance with its implementing regulations, in particular with the customer service quality standards set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 on the detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trade (Dz.U.2019.503). Electricity shall comply with the technical parameters in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law and its implementing regulations.1.4. Distribution services shall be provided pursuant to a separate agreement concluded by the Ordering Party with the competent Distribution System Operator.1.5. 1.5.1. notify the relevant Distribution System Operator of the conclusion of the electricity sales agreement and the planned date of commencement of electricity sales,1.5.2. terminate the existing electricity sales and distribution service agreements (comprehensive agreements) or electricity sales agreements by mutual agreement of the parties with the existing electricity seller and distribution service provider or electricity seller for all the energy points indicated in Appendix 3,1.1.5.3. obtain information, if required, from the current seller regarding the number, date of conclusion, effective date and termination period of the hitherto binding power sales agreement and distribution service agreement or power sales agreement,1.5.4. 1.5.4. represent the Ordering Party before a competent Distribution System Operator during the process of concluding Distribution Agreements, including the signing and submission on behalf of the Ordering Party of the application to conclude a distribution agreement,1.5.5. represent the Ordering Party before the Distribution System Operator in matters relating to the conclusion of a distribution services agreement for a new connection (no existing agreement), including the signing and submission on behalf of the customer of the application to connect the customer's installation to the grid1.1.5.6. applying to the Distribution Grid Operator for a change of the payer, ppe address data, tariff group, contracted power for the electricity points specified in the appendix to the Agreement during the performance of the agreement at the previous request of the Ordering Party,1.5.7. representing the Ordering Party in contacts with the current electricity seller or Distribution System Operator in matters related to the process of changing the Seller, applies to the points listed in the appendix to the draft agreement.
