Description
The purpose of the tender is to contract one Contractor who can (re)supply electricity and gas for Noorderpoort in accordance with the functional and technical requirements set by the Client, whereby it is possible to spread the purchase of energy over different times. This will make the energy budget manageable for the Client. The Principal contracts 1 Contractor for the supply of both electricity and gas.The Contract will be awarded according to the model awarding on value. This methodology is used for best value for money, therefore price is still the most important component in this tender. These criteria will be detailed in the tender documents.
