Description

The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the premises of the Contracting Authority and the organizational units indicated in Annex 1 to the ToR, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997. The Commune of Pacanów and the units listed in Annex 1 to the ToR will conclude separate agreements resulting from this tender procedure for the award of a public contract under an open tender procedure for "Purchase of electricity for the needs of the purchasing group of the Commune of Pacanów". Detailed information on concluding agreements by particular Municipalities and their organisational units is included in Annex 1 and 4.1 to the ToR. The selected Contractor shall be obliged to terminate the existing agreements on the sale of electricity and provision of distribution services (comprehensive agreements) and to represent the Ordering Party and its organizational units before the relevant distribution system operator in matters related to the conclusion of new distribution agreements. The Contractor will receive the appropriate power of attorney to perform the above mentioned activities (attachment no. 4.1 to the ToR). Order - purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in attachment no. 1 to the ToR: The estimated electricity demand in the period from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020 is 6 073 320 kWh. The estimated value of the order in the period from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020 is 2 247 128,40 PLN.The Employer acts on his own behalf and on the basis of the signed agreement (agreement to be consulted at the Employer's seat), on behalf of the following municipalities and the Buskie County, as well as their organizational units, which are indicated in Annex No. 1 to the ToR: - Municipality of Nowy Korczyn, - Municipality of Oleśnica, - Municipality of Solec-Zdrój, - Municipality of Stopnica, - Municipality of Tuczępy, - Municipality of Wiślica. The Employer informs that the process of changing the supplier takes place for most of the points of sale once again. Detailed information is contained in Annex 1 to the ToR.
