Description

The City of Onkaparinga's building portfolio is large and varied and consists of four main building asset classes including commercial, community, municipal and sport and active recreation. Our building portfolio contributes significantly to the achievement of our vision of strong vibrant communities by providing places where community members can gather, where businesses, clubs and community centres can operate and from where council can provide services. This scope covers all buildings and associated components situated as outlined in Attachment B - Building Asset List.
The periodic management and control of pests is designed:
• To prolong the working life of council owned and managed assets and infrastructure.
• To reduce the risk of costly repairs in the future.
• To reasonably reduce the impact on nominated properties day to day operations.
All Works shall comply with all relevant Acts, Regulations Codes and Standards
Services will commence on 1 July 2024 for an initial period of 2 x years, plus an extension option of an additional 1 x year subject to review.
