Description
The Contracting Authority implements Axis III Tertiary Education programmes for the economy and development of the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020, entitled "Development of the European Union". "High quality of education - an asset of the young teaching staff of the Poznań University of Life Sciences" and "The best of nature! Integrated Development Programme of the Poznań University of Life Sciences". The subject of the contract is the service of conducting a series of trainings in the field of personal development, modern methods of work improvement and legal and administrative training for teaching and administrative staff of the University of Life Sciences in Poznań, qualified to the group of participants of the projects "High quality of education of young teaching staff of the University of Life Sciences in Poznań" and "The best of nature! Integrated Development Programme of the Poznań University of Life Sciences".
The subject matter of the contract consists of four parts, for the total number of 47 training courses in accordance with the number and scope indicated in point 2.1.
The expected basic number of participants is 210 persons for Part I, Part II - 846 persons, Part III - 484 persons, Part IV - 742 persons, respectively. The actual number of participants will depend on the recruitment process in the programmes.
When submitting a tender, account should be taken of the distribution of the quantitative scope of the contract in accordance with the planned support for individual projects:
(a) for the project 'High quality of education - an asset of the young teaching staff of the Poznań University of Life Sciences', hereinafter referred to as 'Young Staff
(b) for the 'Best of Nature! Integrated Development Programme of the Poznań University of Life Sciences", hereinafter referred to as "Integrated University Programme".
2. training courses Nos. 1-2, 4-9, 16-19 are provided for in each of the implemented projects. Trainings no. 3, 10-15, 20-47 will be realized only in the project "The best of nature! Integrated Development Programme of the Poznań University of Life Sciences". The quantitative breakdown and the detailed allocation of the training to the project(s) are indicated in point 2.1.

The workshop course of training course No 2 must emphasise the most efficient use of the time allocated to these training courses. In particular, the trainer(s) must use techniques activating the work of the group, such as presentation, discussion, role-playing, group work, didactic games, self-reflection, case study, training contract including rules of participation, behaviour, involvement and mutual relations during the course, practical exercises, possible classes with the use of a camera. The course covers a minimum of 80 % of the time spent in the form of active classes, the theory is a maximum of 20 % of the course time.

2.2 Scope of Contractor's duties:
The offer must comply with the subject matter of this inquiry. The price of the training presented in the offer should include all necessary costs related to achieving the expected results of the training.
The total cost of the training shall consist in particular:
(a) Working and teaching time of the trainer,
(b) Development of admission tests to check the level of knowledge,
(c) Development of tests to verify, in an objective manner, the increase in the level of knowledge,
d) Development of materials for classes (exercises, texts, language games)
e) Copying and delivering materials for classes and providing the Ordering Party with a set of materials for inspection, before the beginning of classes
(f) Checking the attendance lists of participants and transmitting them to project staff on an ongoing basis,
g) Supplementation of the course book in accordance with the model provided by the Contracting Authority
(h) Travel, board and lodging costs, if any

3.1 The Contractor shall be obliged to conduct pre and post tests to check the level and increase of knowledge that it has effectively trained project participants, i.e. the participants of the project regularly attended classes conducted by the Contractor in the following dimensions: min. 80 % (in words: eighty per cent) and demonstrated an increase in knowledge based on the tests carried out.
