Description

1 The subject matter of the contract is the supply of brand new laptops within the framework of the Operational Programme Digital Poland 2014-2020 Priority Axis V Digital Development of JST and Strengthening Digital Resilience REACT-EU Measure 5.1 Digital Development of JST and Strengthening Digital Resilience concerning the implementation of the grant project "Supporting children from pegeer families in digital development - PPGR Grants".The subject matter of the contract is divided into 2 parts:1) Part No. 1: Delivery of 245 pieces of brand new laptopsa) detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract forming Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ,2) Part No. 2: Delivery of 245 pieces of brand new laptopsa) detailed description of the subject matter of the contract forms Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ,
Delivery of 245 pieces of brand new portable computers. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 1) Pursuant to Article 139 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate bids, and then qualify the contractor whose bid has been awarded the highest score with respect to lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.2) does not require the employment of persons referred to in Article 95 of the PPL Act,3) does not impose requirements for the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the PPL Act,4) does not stipulate that only Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the PPL Act may apply for the award of the contract,5) does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the PPL Act. 1 item 8 of the PZP Act, 6) does not provide for a site visit, as referred to in art. 131 item 2 of the PZP Act, 7) does not provide for examination by the Contractor of documents necessary for the execution of the contract, as referred to in art. 131 item 2 of the PZP Act, 8) does not allow for submission of bids in the form of electronic catalogs or attaching electronic catalogs to the bid, in situations specified in art. 93 of the PPL,9) does not provide for settlements in foreign currencies, 10) does not provide for reimbursement of costs of participation in the proceedings, including reimbursement of costs incurred for the acquisition of qualified electronic signature, 11) does not reserve the obligation of personal performance of key tasks by the Contractor, 12) requires that in case of entrusting a part of the contract to subcontractors, The Contractor shall indicate in the bid the parts of the contract, the performance of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and provide (if known to him at this stage) the names (companies) of these subcontractors, 13) does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement, 14) does not provide for an electronic auction, 15) does not provide for the submission of electronic catalogs,16) does not allow the possibility of submitting variant bids.
