The Department of Health Canada has a requirement for the supply of one (1) Pellet Press and an Extended Warranty including Maintenance and Support Services for four (4) additional one (1) year periods for the Scientific Services Division (SSD) in the Food Directorate (FD) of the Health Products and Food Branch (HPFB), which must meet all of the mandatory technical requirements as described in Annex A of the Request for Proposal (RFP).
The requirement includes the hardware, all accessories power supply, operating manuals, installation, training, licensed software, extended warranty, maintenance and support services and documentation.
Delivery is requested for March 31, 2020 to Ottawa, Ontario.
