GBLT intends to purchase the Contact Center Solution.The purpose of this European tendering procedure is to reach an agreement with a single contractor. More information about this tender can be found in the tender documents, which consist of all documents published on Negometrix, questionnaires, price list, planning and other information.
GBLT wants to contract a contractor for the delivery, installation, management, maintenance, programming and turnkey delivery of an integrated solution of the telephony environment for the Customer Contact Center (KCC) for handling external customer contacts. All GBLT employees have an IPhone for business use. There are no telephones with a fixed connection throughout the organisation. In the current situation the KCC makes approximately 7,000 outgoing calls and 230,000 incoming calls per year.
