AOP-2019-09-09-09 - Paving work on chemin du Tour-du-Lac-David Sud

The Municipality of Lac-des-Écorces requires tenders for paving work on a
part of the Tour-du-Lac-David Sud road.
Paving work consists of preparation, i.e. levelling, compaction and paving
in a single layer of EB14 asphalt with PG58-28 bitumen over a length of 750 linear metres
by a width of 6.2 linear meters and a thickness of 2 inches (120 kg/m2) and a
first transition covering an area of 130 square metres and a second transition covering an area of 130 square metres.

The successful bidder will have to return to replace the shoulders when the asphalt work is completed.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a
cheque payable to the Municipality of Lac-des-Écorces representing ten percent (10%) of the
total price of the bid or a bid bond for the same amount

Submissions (original and one copy) will be received in sealed envelopes identifying the
project: "Call for tenders AOP-2019-09-09-09 - Paving work on chemin du Tour-du-Lac-David
South" no later than Monday, September 23, 2019 before 11:00 a.m. at the municipal office to be
open publicly at the same place, on the same day and at the same time.
As of September 6, 2019, interested companies will be able to purchase the
tender documents on the SEAO website (www.seao.ca) or by calling 1-866-669-
7326 and this, according to their current rates.
The Municipality of Lac-des-Écorces does not undertake to accept either the lowest or the highest bid.

granted for the preparation and/or submission of a bid.
The work must be completed before October 20, 2019.
