NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Baie-D'Urfé requests tenders for the following contract:

Call for tenders TP-2024-07: Patrol and surveillance service in the industrial sector of the Town of Baie-D'Urfé

To be valid, bids must be accompanied by a certified cheque drawn on a Canadian chartered bank or credit union, or by a bid bond issued by an insurance company, for a sum equal to 10% of the amount of the bid price, payable to the Ville de Baie-D'Urfé. This bond must be valid for a period of 45 days from the bid opening date. In addition, the bid must be accompanied by a letter issued by an insurance company guaranteeing the Issuance in favour of the Ville de Baie-D'Urfé, of a performance bond representing a value of 30% of the amount of the bid price if the bidder becomes the successful bidder.

The service provider must be authorized to contract by the Autorité des marchés publics (AMP) on the bid submission date. The service provider must not be registered with the Registre des entreprises non admissibles aux contrats publics (RENA).

Bids must be received, by any means of delivery, in a sealed envelope marked: TP-2024-07 Service de patrouille et surveillance dans le secteur industriel de la Ville de Baie-D'Urfé and must be physically present at the Public Works offices located at 300 Surrey Street, Baie-D'Urfé, H9X 2E7, before 11 a.m. on November 8, 2024.

Tenders received will be publicly opened immediately following the expiry of the deadline set for their receipt. Please note that due to the nature of this call for tenders, only the names of bidders will be made public, immediately following the expiry of the deadline set for their receipt. Only bids submitted on the forms provided by the City and distributed on SÉAO will be accepted.

Bids will be analyzed by a selection committee using the bid weighting and evaluation system set out in the call for tenders document. To be retained, a bid must obtain a minimum of seventy (70) points in the qualitative evaluation.

In this case, the contract will be awarded to the bidder with the highest final score. However, the City reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation whatsoever towards the bidder(s).
