Vestlandets Innovasjonsselskap AS is in need of a framework agreement that can cover our need for services within patents and IPR consultancy services The framework agreement will be with max. 5 tenderers in parallel such that the supplier appointed as No. 1 can be engaged in an ongoing basis and directly. If supplier No. 1 is unable to accept the assignment due to conflict of interest, the Contracting Authority can choose supplier no. 2 and so forth. Additionally, the Contracting Authority has the right but not the obligation to hold mini-competitions among the 5 tenderers.
