The President of the Ionian Sea State Property Office, Prof. Sergio Prete, lawyer, informs that, in application of the provisions of Article 18 of the Naval Code and Article 18 of the regulation of the same authority "Administrative procedures in the field of maritime property", the public notice relating to the following application for a maritime property concession pursuant to Article 36 of the Naval Code is published in the GURI and to the registers of the State Property Office, the Port Authority of Taranto and the Municipality of Taranto. (with registered office in Milan) and Global ports melita limited (with registered office in Malta) in the person of the director and legal representative - with application for a concession produced on 27.12.2019 and integrated support documentation attached on 30.12.2019 - have applied for a maritime State concession pursuant to Article 36 of the Italian Shipping Code, for the duration of 20 years, of areas and maritime state property for the purpose of managing services in favour of cruise passengers embarking, disembarking and transiting in the port of Taranto. Any competing applications, objections and observations must be submitted to the AdSP within the peremptory deadline of forty days from 16.1.2020 to 24.2.2020, with the caveat that, after the established deadline, the practices relating to the requested concession will be further processed. These applications will be assessed on the basis of the criteria set out in Article 37 of the Italian Naval Code.
