This contract relates to the European public tender for the purchase and maintenance of the vehicle fleet for the Drents Overijsselse Delta Water Board, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority, with tender number Z/19/030288. The purpose of the tender is to find three suitable framework contractors for the purchase of official cars. In addition, the selected parties must also be able to carry out the maintenance and warranty processing of the service cars supplied within the working environment of the Drents Overijsselse Delta Water Board (hereinafter referred to as the WDODelta). WDODelta wishes to conclude a framework agreement with three parties for a period of two (2) years, with two (2) optional extensions of one (1) year. The scope of this tender includes: - purchase of official cars, - lease of electric and/or hydrogen cars, - maintenance of the new cars to be delivered for the entire term of the contract, namely two (2) years with two (2) optional extensions of one (1) year, - the possibility for the contracting authority to purchase young (used) used cars.Optionally, WDODelta would like the supplier of the new vehicles to install the mounting systems (functional equipment). outside the scope of this tender is: - stickers, - blackbox, - fuel passes, - insurances. for a detailed description of the requested deliveries, please refer to the schedule of requirements in the tender under 1.4.1 'Programme of Requirements'.
