Description

1) The subject matter of the contract is the supply of: a) Task 1 - 1 all-wheel drive off-road vehicle, category M1G, equipped with a five-door body, suitable for carrying at least 5 people and cargo.b) Task 2 - 1 van body vehicle, category M1, suitable for carrying 9 people and cargo.2) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract - all requirements for the ordered vehicles is contained in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Technical Specifications.
The subject matter of the contract is the supply of: Task 1 - 1 all-wheel drive passenger-terrain vehicle, category M1G equipped with a five-door body, adapted to carry at least 5 people and cargo.2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract - all requirements for the ordered vehicle are contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Technical Specifications.3.The Contractor shall deliver the vehicle to the Ordering Party's warehouse in Krakow, 109 Mogilska St. Transport costs shall be borne by the Contractor.4. The Contractor shall provide a warranty for the delivered vehicle in accordance with the data contained in Appendix No. 2 SWZ (Technical Specifications), but not shorter than the manufacturer's warranty.5. Warranty repairs, maintenance services and services performed as part of service campaigns, shall be carried out at authorized service stations. The Purchaser requires the Contractor to indicate at least one authorized vehicle service station in the Małopolska province. If the Contractor does not indicate an authorized service station in Małopolska province, the Contractor shall, at his own expense and expense, provide transportation of the vehicle to an authorized service station in another location to perform warranty repairs and services performed as part of service campaigns, after which he shall deliver the vehicle back to the Purchaser's registered office.6. The Contractor must attach to the vehicle issued (drawn up in Polish) the documents specified in section VII of the Technical Specifications (attachment no. 2 to the SWZ).
