Netherlands - Parts for military aerospace equipment

Description

This tender is for the supply of Parts for military aviation equipment. Part / Parts are the defined Standard Parts and Expendables, as defined in the definition list of the Selection Guide. A list of Parts and relevant data will be shared during the award stage.The Contracting Authority aims to outsource the supply of Parts for multiple military (weapon) systems with the objective of relieving the Contracting Authority from the supply, handling and distribution of these Parts. At various locations of the Contracting Authority (hereinafter "Delivery Points") daily maintenance of aircraft is performed. During maintenance, Parts must be replaced with factory new Parts.Currently, 22,800 Part numbers are part of the scope of this Tender. During the performance of the proposed contract, the Parts are to be made available to the Contracting Authority in an optimized, efficient and cost-effective manner. With the intended contract, the Contracting Authority aims to meet the current and future need for Parts.After an implementation period of up to four (4) months, the execution period of the contract will start for the duration of sixty (60) months. In addition, the Contracting Authority has two (2) options to extend the implementation period by twelve (12) months for each option.
