Description

The contract includes the following services detailed in the CCTP:- the manufacture of four pure helium gas circuits, also known as auxiliary lines, each about 60 metres long and one of which is vacuum insulated,- the supply of the supports for these four auxiliary lines: rails, frames, screws, etc., - the installation of these auxiliary lines on the ceiling of the ESS accelerator tunnel,- the reception, unpacking and controls, on the ESS site, of the cryogenic modules supplied by the CNRS,- the reception, unpacking and controls, on the ESS site, of the support elements of the cryogenic modules supplied by the CNRS,- inside the accelerator tunnel: the handling of these modules and their supports; the positioning of the modules on the supports,- the assembly of the cryogenic modules together by welding,- the manufacture and installation of the auxiliary branch lines to connect each module supplied by the CNRS to the four auxiliary lines,- the performance of tests and controls to ensure that the assemblies to be supplied comply with technical requirements including those for welding (waterproofing, radiography) and pressure tests,- the supply of all the tools necessary for the performance of these services and test tools allowing in particular leak tests,- the supply of all the consumables necessary for the performance of the services,- the guarantee of the services performed for a period of 12 months.
