Canada - PARTIAL RENOVATION OF THE MASONRY OF THE GÉRARD-POITRAS HOUSES

Description

The OMHM is conducting a call for tenders for the partial rehabilitation of the masonry of the
Habitations Gérard-Poitras (6660 Couture Boulevard, Montreal).
The project consists of carrying out all the work in accordance with the documents
contractual. This project involves, but is not limited to, the partial rehabilitation of masonry
of some of the walls of one of the Gérard Poitras apartment buildings.
The work will be carried out in one (1) seven-storey building. The building
includes fifty (50) units for seniors. During the
works the dwellings will be occupied.
SITE VISIT
A site visit will be held on April 24, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. at 6660 Couture Boulevard,
Montreal.
Each bidder is responsible for delegating a representative to this
meeting. The fact that a bidder does not participate in the site visit
shall not be used as an excuse or pretext for errors, omissions or
imperfections in the bid by a bidder.
The OMHM does not assume any responsibility towards the bidder who does not
would not be presented at the site visit with respect to information that may
to have been given during this one.
In the event that there is not an adequate number of attendees at the
locations for this call for tenders, OMHM reserves the right to plan a
additional visits. At the time of this decision, all contractors and
suppliers who have obtained the tender documents will be notified.
