NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) Title: Parking Lot Upgrade Project – Regina, SK Solicitation Number: M5000-22-4716/A Description: This requirement contains the following two projects: First Project: Upgrade of additional power to specific plug receptacles (approx. 74 plugs), includes adding additional circuit breakers, trenching additional wire from an existing panel to each receptacle to an existing parking lot. Second Project: Prepare existing parking lot (approx. 6700 sq. m., 70% paved & 30% packed gravel). Repair & correct drainage, pour concrete curbs, install asphalt paving to entire parking lot & complete surrounding landscaping required. Parking lot is currently occupied; scheduling will be required to perform required work. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by November 30th, 2022. This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first.  No further Request for Qualifications will be published for this solicitation. There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.
