THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, supplies, materials, transportation, and labor to perform plumbing services at the Elm Brook Park recreation area, including de-winterizing the park water system in the spring, winterizing the park water system in the fall, and replacing a section of plumbing for a spigot, as well as replacing the union, pipe, and elbow on the pressure tank for the lower restroom.  Location of work is Elm Brook Park, Hopkinton Lake, Hopkinton, NH.
This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
