Italy - Park maintenance services

Description

This is a public service contract, having as its object:a) the integrated maintenance of all the public green areas of the municipal territory, so as to keep them in a perfect state of safety, functionality and decorum. It consists mainly of a planning and management service for the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of parks, gardens, various green areas and tree-lined roads owned by the entity and/or in public use, according to the prescriptions and conditions set out in these special tender specifications;b) the maintenance of the green areas of the municipal sports centre (CS) in via San Giovanni Bosco, whose areas must always be kept in a perfect state of efficiency and functionality, as well as of decorum and safety.The service includes:- interventions of grass mowing, including sports turf homologated, - cutting hedges, - weeding, - preparation and maintenance of seasonal blooms, - floral wreaths supplies, - leaf collection, - mowing trees, - weeding, - pruning of reduction, containment, reform, green, dry land, - felling, - light stumps,- various interventions by gardener of punctual nature,- emergency irrigation,- monitoring and analysis of the stability of the trees,- management of irrigation systems,- monitoring games and furniture,- supply of materials for games and furniture,- assembly and disassembly of covers pressostatic football fields of the sports center,- service of prompt availability.
