Description

This package will include 6,000 hours of insertion for the duration of the contract. For this batch no variant is provided. This VRD work consists of: - preparatory work, - earthworks, - road structure and surfacing work, - the supply and installation of metal retaining devices and accessories, - the construction of horizontal, vertical, marker and SLT signalling, - the construction of an underground network for collecting rainwater runoff from created or requalified roads, - the installation of a retention structure with a volume of approximately 750 m3 on the left bank, - the installation of 2 retention structures with a total volume of approximately 1,400 m3 on the right bank, - the construction of various networks (sheaths, manholes, chambers, cables, etc.) for public lighting, drinking water, watering of green spaces, various electrical connections, optical fibres and telecommunications on the right bank and left bank, - the fire protection network for the covered trench on the right bank, - security and protection furniture works. For this batch no variant is provided. This public lighting work consists of: - the supply, installation and connection of electrical control and protection cabinets,- the construction of the massifs and calculation notes for the lighting masts and lighting massifs,- the presentation of prototypes, samples, tests, pre-settings and final photometric adjustments for all lighting instruments, including all optical adaptation accessories, and the blocking of all lighting instruments,- the installation of cable trays and their supports,- the supply and pulling of cables in the sheaths or on the facade,- all studies,- the supply, transport, the careful installation of lighting supports, luminaires, remote power supplies etc. and the connection of lighting fixtures,- the on-site power supply, connection and switching on of all public lighting and lighting equipment,- inspections, tests and verifications before acceptance of the work and the certificate of conformity,- marking, the labelling and coding of all lighting instruments, - the restoration of non-project areas used by the contractor, - the supply, transport on site, storage, implementation, installation and adjustment of all materials and equipment necessary for the execution of the work. This package will include 2,000 hours of insertion for the duration of the contract. This package includes 2 mandatory variants. These landscaping works consist of: - the supply, transport on site, storage, installation, installation, adjustment of all materials and equipment necessary for the execution of the work, - preparatory work for planting work such as the excavation of planting pits, precise picketing, etc..,- the reconstitution of planting soils,- the sampling and control analyses of soil materials and reconstituted soils,- the carrying out of any surveys necessary for the approval of the reuse of materials from the site,- the supply of all plants, with a reservation contract and/or cultivation contract drawn up during the market preparation period, in particular for ground cover, perennials and grasses, - the planting of all plants, including all supplies and use of materials and equipment necessary for planting or for the proper conduct and maintenance of plants, - drainage work in planting pits if necessary, - planting work: supply and implementation of earthy substrates, plants, planting accessories such as tree stakes, tree screens, mulching, etc., - the supply and installation of nesting boxes and stone boxes,- cultural monitoring during the periods of completion, reinforcement and during the take-back guarantee. This package will include 300 hours of insertion for the duration of the contract. For this batch no variant is provided. These street furniture works consist of:- prototype and sample presentations, tests, - expenditure resulting from material acceptance tests and inspections and all inspections imposed by the General Technical Specifications Book (CCTG) and the Special Technical Specifications Book (CCTP) or requested by the main contractor, - supply, the transport on site, storage, implementation, installation, adjustment of all the materials and equipment necessary for the execution of the works,- the supply and installation of urban furniture,- the studies, supplies and installation of the playground and its foundations,- the flexible floor of the playground and its dimensioning.
