Description

This consultation, which was carried out in application of articles R. 2124-1, R. 2124-2 paragraph 1, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public order code, concerns the collection and routing of biological samples and parcels of goods. The consultation is composed of four batches defined as follows: - lot 1: transport between the HUS establishments and within the Strasbourg conurbation (blood bags and medicines); - lot 2: transport of samples from the various HUS sites to France; - lot 3: transport of goods from the various HUS sites to France; - lot 4: transport from the various HUS sites to foreign countries and overseas departments and territories.
Lot 1: transport between the HUS establishments and within the Strasbourg conurbation (blood bags and medicines), urgent, non-regular direct deliveries of biological samples (category B, UN 3373), blood products and other blood derivatives and occasionally medicines and small medical equipment. Transport of samples from the various HUS sites to France. J + 1 transport of biological samples (category B, UN 3373, UN 1845), blood products and other blood derivatives. Lot 3: transport of goods from the various HUS sites to France. Transport D + 1 or D + 2 of goods, medicines, small medical equipment and biomedical equipment (spare parts). Lot 4: transport from the different sites of the HUS to foreign countries and DOM/TOM. Transport of biological samples (category B, UN 3373, UN 2814), blood products and other blood derivatives, medicines, small medical equipment.
