Description

The subject of the contract is the delivery of 175 multi-car sanitary vehicles in the quantity of 175 items under a guaranteed order.
(2) Cars must meet the following requirements in particular:
1) cars should be new - it is allowed to have cars from the second half of the year preceding the year of delivery,
2) the cars should consist of:
(a) chassis of a 4x4 power train car (permanent or attached);
(b) two compartments: the driver's compartment and the medical compartment for the transport of victims.
3) A multi-purpose sanitary vehicle with specialist buildings and medical equipment should have a reserve mass (load capacity) of at least 1 300 kg in relation to the permissible total mass (DMC).
4) The total height of a car with special bodywork should not exceed 3,000 mm - not including flexible antennas.
The subject matter of the contract includes training, technical documentation and the provision of repair and maintenance services during the warranty period by authorized workshops in and outside the territory of the Republic of Poland.
The details concerning the subject matter of the contract shall be specified in the Terms of Reference (ToR), which shall be provided to the economic operators invited to submit tenders.
(5) The Awarding Authority shall apply the procedures set out in the Act of 29.1.2004 to domestic procurement. - Public procurement law, hereinafter referred to as the 'PPL Act (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1986, as amended), with particular regard to the provisions of Section III, Chapter 4a "Procurement in the field of security defence" of the PPL Act and the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 26 July 2016 on the type of documents that may be requested by the contracting authority from contractors in the public procurement procedure (Journal of Laws, item 1126, as amended).
