Description

The entire Inter-Oceanic Area covers 60,000 ha from Colon province (Caribbean Site) to Panama City along the length of the Canal (Pacific Site).

Along with the Inter American Development Bank, Terms of reference as been agreed. The reference price is $1.5-2m. This is an international tender, and both national and foreign companies are welcome to participate.

The key ambition is a plan that offers new land uses, consistent with Panama’s ambitions to develop its logistics capability, as well as a proposal for a legal framework to protect the plan (and prevent development of non-logistics infrastructure).

Deadline to submit proposal: April 15th 2016 at 10:00 a.m.
