Kath. Krankenhaus Hagen gem. GmbH intends to close Elsey Hospital with its somatic departments of surgery, internal medicine, ENT and gynecology and convert it into a specialist clinic for psychiatry and psychotherapy. The aim is to merge the psychiatric department of Hagen Hospital with the existing psychiatric department at the Elsey site. To realize this measure, considerable replanning and conversion measures are required. For this purpose, various construction services are to be put out to tender and awarded.The measure described will be financed with funds from the Hospital Structure Fund in accordance with §§ 1ff. Hospital Financing Act (KHG).
The existing Elsey Hospital is to be converted into a specialist clinic for psychiatry and psychotherapy. For this purpose, the existing building is to be subjected to considerable conversion measures. As the conversion will be carried out during ongoing operations, it will be carried out in three construction phases. The conversion measures are expected to begin in January 2022 and be completed by the end of 2025. The subject of this procedure is the construction work of the 1st construction phase.In all construction phases, the room structures of the existing building will be changed and adapted for use for psychiatric and psychotherapeutic purposes.In construction phase 1, rooms on the ground floor and 1st floor in components A and B will be papered and painted.The subject of the tendered lot 1 is the painting and wallpapering work on the ground floor of building components A and B.Wallpaper on walls approx. 4,600 m2Paint on walls approx. 4900 m2Paint on ceilings approx. 470 m2These measurements serve as a rough overview, the exact measurements can be taken from the bill of quantities.
