Description

The Lausitzbad Hoyerswerda was built in the 1990s as a family and leisure pool including an extensive sauna area. After 20 years of operation, the Lausitzbad Hoyerswerda is to be modernized and adapted to current user requirements and local needs. The realization takes place in altogether 6 construction phases.
- 340 m² masking work- 25 m² wallpaper removal- 20 m² removal of old plaster- 100 m² grinding of tile thin-layer adhesive- 10 m crack treatment- 220 m² removal of formwork oil residues- 675 m² priming of walls of lightweight construction- 1.580 m² primer walls masonry plastered- 265 m² primer reinforced concrete walls / ceilings / columns- 665 m² filling light construction wall surfaces- 30 m² filling MW walls- 150 m² filling reinforced concrete walls / ceilings / columns- 1.365 m² wall paint white- 915 m² wall paint tinted- 60 m² wall paint in small areas- 52 m² photo wallpaper in single motifs
