New construction of a school administration building with a canteen and assembly hall, administration rooms and classrooms for pre-school children, approx. 2,300 m2 gross floor area, approx. 1,940 m2 net floor area, basic construction in reinforced concrete, interior walls partly MW and dry construction, roof construction as prestressed concrete hollow core slab, flat inclined, photovoltaic system. The exterior façade is a rear-ventilated curtain wall with larch wood cladding, wood-aluminum windows.
