Description
A time-limited framework agreement is put out to tender, on the basis of which the up to 25 contractors provided are obliged to carry out their services on call (individual order) under the conditions specified in the framework agreement. An individual order is concluded with the client who makes the respective call-off.
The subject matter is the schools and properties managed by SBH, GMH, Rathausservice, the tax offices, the tax authority, the Landesbetrieb Erziehung und Beratung (LEB), the districts, the Authority for Economy and Innovation or the Authority for Environment, Climate, Energy and Agriculture (BUKEA), the wholesale market, the Authority for Economy and Innovation (BWI).
Under the framework agreement, orders of at least ? 10,000 and a maximum of ? 25,000 net per individual order can be placed.
