The city of Mülheim an der Ruhr is issuing an EU-wide open invitation to tender for work to be carried out within its own city limits. Proof of suitability: Please upload the following documents when submitting your tender: - "Cover sheet-VOB" of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr - List of services in PDF or GAEB file format. The client reserves the right to request the other file format subsequently. - Self-declaration of suitability according to form (VHB) 124, alternatively indication of the number under which the company is listed in the prequalification directory - List of services/capacities of other companies (form VHB 235) - Form 523 EU - self-declaration sanction package 5 EU The following proof of suitability/documents must be submitted within 6 days of being requested before the contract is awarded: - Proof of entry in the professional or commercial register or the register of craftsmen at the company's registered office or place of residence - Clearance certificate of participation in the social security fund procedure of the construction industry - Clearance certificate from the tax office or certificate in tax matters - Certificate of exemption according to § 48b EStG - Qualified clearance certificate from the employers' liability insurance association - Declaration of commitment for subcontractors (form 236) - Indication of the average number of workers employed in the last three completed calendar years, broken down by wage groups with management personnel shown separately - At least three references of comparable services in the last 5 years with at least the following information Contact person; type of service performed; order total; period of performance; brief description of the relevant scope of services performed with own personnel, including details of the quantities performed; average number of employees deployed for this purpose; brief description of the special technical and equipment-specific requirements or (in the case of complete services) brief description of the construction project including any special features of the execution; details of the type of construction project (new build, conversion, listed building); details of the contractual relationship (main contractor, consortium partner, subcontractor); details of the trades that were coordinated with own management personnel, if applicable; confirmation from the client that the service was carried out in accordance with the contract - Confirmation of public liability insurance with cover of at least EUR 5 million for personal injury and EUR 5 million for damage to property/property - Forms (VHB) 221 or 222, if applicable Form (VHB) 223. Alternatively, the bidder can submit an equivalent declaration of calculation. - From a contract value of € 30,000 net, additionally the original calculation in a sealed envelope. The client is entitled to open the envelope and view the calculation if required. Discretion is guaranteed by the client. From a contract value of €30,000, an extract from the competition register (Section 6 WRegG) will be requested for the bidder whose tender is to be awarded the contract. If the required documents are not submitted within 6 calendar days of the request, the tender will be excluded from the evaluation.
