Chile - OTS Supply Agreement: Phalange and Metacarpal with incorporation of equipment for 36 months for Hospital del Salvador.

Description

That, Hospital del Salvador needs to have a Supply Agreement of OTS: Phalange and Metacarpal with incorporation of equipment for 36 months for Hospital del Salvador in order to satisfy in an adequate and efficient way the assistance work;

That, due to the amount determined, the present bidding is located in the section for contracts equal or higher than 1,000 UTM and lower than 5,000 UTM, in accordance with Article 19 bis of the Regulation of Law Nº19,886;, in accordance with Article 19 bis of the Regulation of Law Nº19,886;

That, having made the respective consultations, the provision of OTS Supply Agreement: Phalange and Metacarpal with incorporation of equipment for 36 months for the Hospital del Salvador is not available by Framework Agreement offered in the Information System of the Purchasing Department, www.mercadopublico.cl;
