KG [client (AG)] intends to award a framework agreement/contract to a company specialising in trade fair construction for the storage and assembly/disassembly of its equipment at trade fairs and events at which the client presents itself.The client intends to conclude a framework agreement/contract for the trade fair construction/event service including logistics (storage and transport) for the storage of the stand construction elements, trade fair and event materials owned by the client.The locations are mainly within the outer borders of the existing network area of the client, but can also be nationwide in Germany in some cases. The provision of an online ordering portal by the contractor is also part of the service. The realization is intended as an "all-in-one solution" (one partner for all services).
