This consultation covers the following services: free provision of phacoemulsifiers, installation, commissioning, maintenance and supply of associated consumables.
- free provision of a new phacoemulsifier and associated consumables for CH Eure-Seine d'Evreux to perform cataract and posterior eye surgery, including all-risk maintenance for the duration of the contract and supply of consumables;- provision free of charge of a new phacoemulsifier and associated consumables for CH Eure-Seine de Vernon to perform cataract surgery on the eye, including all-risk maintenance for the duration of the contract and supply of consumables. Free provision of a new phacoemulsifier for CH de Bernay from 1.2.021, with 10 trays and all-risk maintenance included. Free provision of a new phacoemulsifier for the CH de l'aigle, with five trays and all-risk maintenance included, 100 to 150 cataracts/year (cost per cataract). - draping pack + cataract instrumentation for CH Evreux and CH Bernay.
