The subject of the contract is to provide a comprehensive service (supervision over the heat management and removal of faults in boiler rooms and networks during the heating season in October-April, as well as inspections of chimney sweeps and electrical ones, in accordance with the attached scope - Appendix No. 8 to the ToR) of two boiler rooms: coal-fired boiler rooms of 2.21 MW and 50 kW with central heating and hot water networks of 2,000 m in length. The subject of the contract is to provide a comprehensive service (supervision over the heat management and removal of faults in boiler rooms and networks during the heating season in October-April, as well as chimney, electrical and oil inspections, in accordance with the combined scope - Appendix No. 8 to the ToR) under construction projects No. 8, 28, 160 (central heating water supply system, central heating system, central heating system, etc.).) together with pre-insulated networks 800.5 m long and traditional networks 45 m long, solid fuel boiler house 0.99 MW and liquid fuel boiler house 0.395 MW, two oil-fired boiler houses: boiler house no. 8 - 1 oil-fired boiler of 345 kW; boiler house no. 160 - 1 oil-fired boiler of 50 kW; one coke and coal-fired boiler of 493 kW each; boiler house no. 28 - 2 water boilers of 493 kW. The subject of the contract is to provide a comprehensive service (supervision over heat management and removal of faults in the boiler room and on the network in the heating season in October-April and to carry out electrical and chimney sweep inspections in accordance with the attached scope - Appendix No. 8 to the ToR) at the construction site. The subject of the order is to provide comprehensive services (supervision over the heat management and removal of failures in the network and solid fuel boiler rooms during the heating season in October-April, for gas fuels throughout the year, as well as inspections of chimney, electrical, gas, steam-water heat exchangers JAD (2 pcs.) and hot water heat exchangers. WCW 600 (2 pcs.) in accordance with the combined scope - Annex no. 8 to the ToR) under construction no. 3, 53, 47, 52, 11, 23, (central heating, central heating) together with traditional networks of approx. 2 034.8 m long, solid fuel boiler room of 3.85 MW and gas fuel boiler room of 1.84 MW. It is possible to extend the scope of service by new gas-fired boilers. Four coke boilers of power output: Boiler room no. 3 - 6 cast-iron boilers of 430 kW each and 2 heat exchangers with insulation (JAD); Boiler room no. 53 - 2 cast-iron boilers of 410 kW each; boiler room no. 47 - 2 pcs. Cast iron boilers each with the output of 214 kW; Boiler room no. 52 - 1 piece of cast iron boiler with the output of 18 kW; Two gas boilers with the output of: Boiler room no. 11 - 2 pieces of cast iron boilers each with the output of 460 kW and 2 pieces of heat exchangers WCW-600; Boiler room no. 23 - 2 pieces of cast iron boilers each with the output of 310 kW and 1 piece of cast iron boiler with the output of 300 kW. Steam boilers each with the output of 295 kW, Boiler room no. 5/35/675 - 3 steam boilers each with the output of 391 kW and 4 steam-water heat exchangers (JAD) together with traditional networks with the length of 823.8 mb. The subject of the contract is to provide a comprehensive service (supervision over the heat management and removal of faults in the boiler room and the network throughout the year, as well as chimney, electrical and oil inspections, i.e.: 1. Composition of the heating system of the military complex at ul. Wojska Polskiego 33)- boiler plants in buildings no. 12, 172, 242, 263 low-parameter buildings with a nominal capacity of 12.06 MW and in buildings no. 1, 65 low-temperature buildings with a nominal capacity of 0.86 MW - operating year-round, generating heat for central heating purposes, Low-parameter steam boiler room No. 12 equipped with 2 Vitopleks 100LS type boilers, with total output of 0.57 MW, equipped with 3 tanks with capacity of 1,000 L each, - Boiler room under construction. No. 172 low-parameter water equipped with 2 boilers of the Buderus G-605 type, with a total output of 1.2 MW, equipped with 10 tanks with a capacity of 2 000 L each, - low-parameter thermal networks with a length of 2,000 L each. 385 mb made of pre-insulated pipes in 1998/1999,- free-standing boiler house no. 242 water and low-parameter steam boiler equipped with 4 boilers type Buderus G-605, with a total output of 4.08 MW and steam boiler type TPN-300 with a capacity of 0.21 MW equipped with 30 tanks with a capacity of 3 000 L each,- low parameters heating networks with a length of 3 000 L each. 2386.7 mb made of pre-insulated pipes in 1999/2001,- low-parameter water boiler room with 4 Domobloc 1500 type boilers, with a total output of 6.0 MW, equipped with 39 tanks with a capacity of 2 500 L each,- low-parameter heating networks with a length of up to 1,500 L. 914.20 mb made of pre-insulated pipes in 1999/2001 and length 1 039 mb made in non-transparent ducts using the traditional method in the 1970s,- Water pressure and temperature parameters: supply 90oC - 3 atm, Technical condition of the boiler room of the military complex at Wojska Polskiego Street: - Boiler room no. 12 commissioned in 2014, - Boiler room no. 172 commissioned in 1999, - Boiler room no. 242 commissioned in 2000, - Boiler room no. 263 commissioned in 1999,- District heating network made of pre-insulated pipes in 1998/2001,- District heating network made traditionally in the 70's.3. Composition of the district heating system of the military complex at 1-go Maja Street;- boiler room in building no. 1 low-parameter water boiler room with nominal power of installed devices 314 kW - operating year-round, producing heat for central heating purposes, c.h.w.u. based on steel water boiler type Compakt A-250 fired with light fuel oil, equipped with 2 tanks with a capacity of 3,000 L each, - boiler room in a building. No. 65 low-parameter water boiler equipped with 2 boilers type Buderus G 505, with total output of 550 kW and steel steam boiler type Rumia 400 with output of 400 kW - out of use, equipped with 10 tanks with a capacity of 2 000 L each, - low parameters thermal networks 116 m long made of pre-insulated pipes, - Water pressure and temperature parameters: supply 90oC - 3 atm; return 70oC - 3 atm.4Technical condition of the boiler room: - Boiler room no. 1 commissioned in 1995, - Boiler room no. 65 commissioned in 1996,- District heating network made of pre-insulated pipes in the years 1995/1996. The subject of the contract is the removal of failures (boiler houses, district heating network, nodes) as well as the maintenance and permanent supervision over the electrical and control system (in accordance with the attached scope - Appendix No. 8 to the ToR) of two boiler rooms in building No. 191, 3 pcs. WLM 5 boilers of 5 815 kW each and 1 WLM 2.5 boiler of 2 907 kW with central heating and hot water networks with a length of 6 331 m.b. Steam boiler room in building no. 94 two Eca IV boilers of 430 kW output 1 pcs. and 383 kW 1 pcs.
