All maintenance works are required be for 48 months to be done as per the given specification, procedure, and all requirements in accordance with Tender Documents. It Includes but not limited to maintenance of soft landscape works, irrigation system, hardscape, pumps toilet maintenance, and general cleaning of garden premises and garden contents.
