Mongolia - Online Business English training

Description

The training is for a maximum of 30 employees. The maximum duration of the assignment is for 2 to 3 months with a total minimum of 34 hours. It should place emphasis on honing the participants’ Business English skills in areas as follows: 

• Business language: common phrases and vocabulary used in the business world
• Business interaction: speaking over the phone, introductions, meetings, and negotiations 
• Business correspondence: writing letters, memos, reports, and proposals 

The consulting firm should have demonstrated experience in delivery of online or in-person training.  The interested firms must meet the following minimum requirements: 

• at least 3 years of experience in designing and facilitating training in the public sector and/or international development organisations
• experience in delivery of a minimum of 2 online interactive Business English training in public sector and/or international development organisations during the last 3 years

The consultant should mobilise 2 trainers. Each trainer should have the following minimum requirements:

• a Bachelor’s or higher degree in English Linguistics or a related field, TEFL/TESOL certification will be considered as an advantage
• at least 3 years of experience in delivery of  Business English training for the public sector and/or international development organisations
• experience in delivery of a minimum of 1 online Interactive Business English training in public sector and/or international development organisations during the last 3 years
