Various new facilities and buildings are to be planned, constructed and put into operation on the site of the Ruhleben waste-to-energy plant (MHKW). This project, known as "Energieverwertung Ruhleben" (EVR), aims to improve the energy efficiency of the waste-to-energy plant.
At the heart of this new EVR plant is an auxiliary power turbine (EB turbine). This is an extraction-condensation turbine that is to be installed in a new power house together with all the necessary ancillary systems as well as systems and components of the water-steam cycle.
Furthermore, the construction of an air-cooled condenser (Luko) with all the necessary ancillary equipment for condensing the exhaust steam from the turbine is required. The integration of the new systems and all necessary media into the existing water-steam cycle or to the relevant existing systems is also an important part of the project.
The subject of this award procedure is the construction, quality and warranty monitoring for all measures in connection with the work preparation, construction, commissioning, acceptance and handover of the EVR project.

It should be noted that the conclusion of this award procedure by awarding the contract and the conclusion of the contract as part of the EVR project is subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board.
