Description

Object of this procedure is the stipulation of a Framework Agreement governing the sale of petroleum products by AU in the performance of its functions as Italian Central Storage Authority; these products will be delivered to the supplier in "Ex Works (EXW) / Free On Board (FOB) / Free Carrier (FCA)" mode. The subjects that will be considered suitable by AU/OCSIT will sign a Framework Contract and will be included in a list (hereinafter "Buyers List"). The signing of the Framework Agreement and the consequent inclusion in the List of Buyers entitle the parties to participate in the subsequent tenders that AU/OCSIT will call for the sale of petroleum products. The application for subscription may be submitted at any time, but no later than 14.11.2025.
