Description

The object of this contract is the supply of motor fuel (diesel and SP 95 - e10) to service stations for vehicles in the Commune of Draveil.

The procedure initially comprised 3 lots, each of which was the subject of a separate contract. However, Lot No. 2 was declared non-responsive for reasons of general interest, in accordance with Articles R. 2185-1 and R. 2185-2 of the Public Order Code. It is therefore revived and is the subject of this CSLA.

In accordance with Article R. 2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the contract constitutes a framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator where the services will be performed as and when required by issuing purchase orders.

Lot 2 shall be concluded without a minimum amount and with an annual maximum amount of EUR 120 000 excluding VAT. The first period is less than one year (from 1.5.2020 to 31.12.2020), however the maximum annual amount is identical and remains fixed at EUR 120,000 excluding VAT.
