Description

The purpose of the contract is to identify an Employment Agency (ApL), registered in the Register of Agencies (generalist type - sect. I) for Employment established at the Ministry of Labor, to be entrusted with the service of labor administration to be provided in favor of AGEA. This service includes:- activities of search, selection, training, possible replacement of administered workers, the recruitment of workers to be sent on staffing in full compliance with the regulatory framework in force;- the administrative management of the contract;- the fulfillment of all obligations inherent to the employment relationship including those relating to the protection of the health and safety of workers.
The following are the professional profiles that will be the subject of the administration contract as per Agea's reference CCNL:n. 9 resources that can be classified in the AREA Officer of the CCNL "Central Functions 2019-2021" with training and experience in legal matters;n. 7 resources that can be classified in the AREA Officer of the CCNL "Central Functions 2019-2021" with training and experience in administrative matters;n. 2 resources classifiable in the AREA Officer of the CCNL "Central Functions 2019-2021" with training and experience in agronomic matters;n. 12 resources classifiable in the AREA Assistants of the CCNL "Central Functions 2019-2021" with training and experience in administrative matters.
