Description

the purpose of this framework agreement is the supply and delivery of office supplies for the following member institutions of the PSL grouping: École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (Ehess), École Nationale des Chartes (Enc), École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Paris (Enscp), École Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris (Ensmp), École Pratique des Hautes Études (Ephe), Fondation Paris Sciences et Lettres, Université Paris-Dauphine (Upd) and Université Paris Sciences et Lettres (Psl). The contracting authority for the framework agreement is PSL University. The contracting authorities for the subsequent contracts are all the member institutions of the order group, also called beneficiaries
Office supplies, the product families of which are defined in article 8.1 of the special clauses of the framework agreement (stationery, filing and archiving, writing and correction, stapling and gluing, standard office supplies, office environment, communication, small machines and their consumables, unprinted pockets and envelopes, vintage products, labels/stamps and accessories) Office supplies belonging to product family 2 defined in article 8.2 of the CCP of the framework agreement (subgroup: subfolders, folders of 220gr/m² or equivalent, lever arch file with 8 cm covered cardboard spine or equivalent and cardboard dividers) and original manufactured products, absent from the catalog of the beneficiary of the framework agreement
