Description

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of furniture, together with delivery, assembly and placement at the place indicated by the Awarding Entity, according to the Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Order - Annex 3 to the ToR2.The Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate the tenders and then qualify the economic operator whose tender was awarded the highest mark with respect to absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure (Article 139, item 1 of the PPL).3. 4.Pursuant to provisions of art. 257 item 1 of the Public Procurement Law the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the award procedure if public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to use for financing the whole or part of the award will not be granted.
1.The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of furniture, together with carrying, assembly and placement in the place indicated by the Ordering Party, according to the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order - Annex 3 to the SWZ (SWZ). 2.The contract will be executed on the basis of detailed orders sent by the Ordering Party.The detailed list of assortment is contained in the Assortment-Price Form - Annex no. 2 to the SWZ (SWZ).4.The Contractor in the proposed unit prices includes all costs associated with transport, unloading, carrying, assembly and installation of the subject of the contract in the places indicated by the Ordering Party.5.The Contractor shall be liable to the Ordering Party for damages caused during the execution of the contract. The Contractor shall not be liable for tools, materials and other Contractor's property left on the Contracting Authority's premises. 7. The Contractor shall provide a warranty for the supplied assortment for a period not shorter than 24 months from the date of delivery, with the provision that if the warranty period given by the manufacturer of the product is longer, then the longer warranty period shall apply.9.The offered assortment must comply with the Polish Standards, have all attestations, certificates and approvals, in particular, a hygienic attestation confirming that the materials used to manufacture the furniture have no harmful effects on human health and are of hygienic class E1, as well as attestations concerning compliance of the assortment with the required standards in terms of dimensions, stability, strength requirements and safe construction solutions.11The Ordering Party reserves the right to demand certificates of approval for the supplied goods during the guarantee period specified in § 8 item 1 of the contract.12.The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject matter of the contract in accordance with the requirements and a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract with regard to the individual assortment.13.The Contractor shall deliver the subject matter of the contract using his own tools, materials, equipment, employees and transport. The assembly of the equipment elements shall consist in performing all works and services necessary to use the ordered assortment in accordance with its purpose and function, e.g. assembly of all elements, positioning, levelling, adjustment. 14. The offered assortment shall be brand new, complete, in "I" category, technically efficient and have all factory-assembled accessories (e.g.: handles, door handles, locks) corresponding to the characteristics of the subject matter of the order. 15. The order completion date - up to 20 working days. The scope of the contract includes the delivery of chairs and armchairs and various types of seats.10. The offered product range must meet ergonomic requirements according to PN-EN 1335-1 standard regarding functional dimensions and PN-EN 1335-2 standard regarding safety. It must also have all attestations, certificates and approvals, in particular all formal requirements according to the ordinance of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy dated 1 December 1998 on safety and hygiene of work at workplaces equipped with screen monitors (Journal of Laws No. 148, item 973). Moreover, it must have a positive opinion on ergonomics, e.g. from the Institute of Occupational Medicine in Łódź or an equivalent unit from EU countries.11.The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject matter of the order in accordance with the requirements and a detailed description of the subject matter of the order with respect to a particular assortment which must meet all technical and operating conditions and be approved for use in office rooms.12.The Contractor shall deliver the subject matter of the order using its own tools, materials, equipment, employees and transport. The assembly of the equipment elements shall consist in the performance of all works and services necessary to use the ordered assortment in accordance with its purpose and function, e.g. assembly of all elements, positioning, levelling, adjustment.13The offered assortment must be brand new, complete, in "I" category and technically efficient and has flame retardant certificates for the fabric and upholstery.14.The Contractor undertakes, 6 months before the expiry of the warranty period, to review all equipment and possibly repair or replace that assortment in which a defect is revealed which prevents proper use. Criteria for evaluating equipment defects: durability of seat fastening to the frame being the base of the chair, damage to welds in the metal base and chair legs, durability of the chair - seat adjustment systems, correct operation of the support column - uncontrolled falling, durability of fabric in upholstered parts - resistance to pulling out, durability of the swivel chair base including a five-star base and mounted 1.The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of furniture, together with carrying, assembly and placement at the place indicated by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order - Annex 3 to the SWZ.2The Contractor shall execute the contract on the basis of detailed orders sent by the Ordering Party. 3. A detailed list of the assortment is contained in the Assortment and Price Form - Annex no. 2 to the STC. 4. The Contractor shall include in the proposed unit prices all costs associated with transport, unloading, carrying, assembly and installation of the subject matter of the contract at the locations indicated by the Ordering Party. 5. The Contractor shall not be liable for tools, materials and other Contractor's property left on the Contracting Authority's premises. 7. The Contractor shall provide a warranty for the supplied assortment for a period not shorter than 24 months from the date of delivery, with the proviso that if the warranty period given by the manufacturer of a given product is longer, then the longer warranty period shall apply.9 The scope of the contract covers delivery and installation of metal furniture, including medical and workshop furniture and(or)/approved metal cabinets and stands for safe unloading of weapons.10The supplied assortment must be brand new, unused, not subjected to any repairs, complete, technically sound with all accessories factory assembled, not encumbered with any rights in favor of third parties and must meet the requirements corresponding to the characteristics of the contract.11.The contractor will deliver the subject matter of the contract using his own tools, materials, equipment, employees and transport. The assembly of the equipment shall consist in the performance of all works and services necessary to use the ordered assortment in accordance with its purpose and function, including, but not limited to, the assembly of all elements, positioning, levelling, adjustment. In particular, a certificate issued by a certification body accredited in the national accreditation system confirming conformity of the product with the requirements for S1 and S2 class cabinets.13. The offered S1 and S2 class metal cabinets shall meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29.05.2012 on physical security measures used for protecting classified information.14.The Contractor undertakes to provide training for up to 5 authorised Ordering Party's employees in the place where the subject matter of the contract is set up, in the scope of operating the combination locks of the metal cabinets, at a date indicated by the Ordering Party, but no later than 30 days from the date of delivery of the product range.15 .In the case of cabinets equipped with combination locks, the Contractor shall perform free-of-charge inspections of the combination locks under warranty for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery of the assortment to the Ordering Party (along with the inspection schedule for each cabinet separately).16.
